A brand-new, limited single malt has joined the Ardnamurchan lineup.
This 2018 8-year-old Tokaji-finished Ardnamurchan Highland single malt Scotch whisky is comprised of over 28 unpeated bourbon barrels. Originally filled in 2018, the spirit was re-racked into Tokaji casks sourced directly from Hungary and left to mature for just over two years.
The result is a whisky boasting an alluring combination of floral sandalwood, sweet pear, and almond, alongside bright and funky notes of bamboo and white pepper. This release is bottled at a natural cask strength of 52.0% ABV without added colouring or chill-filtration.
