At Whisky-Online Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the item in its original transit packaging to ensure the bottle and labels are protected during shipment.

  Ship the Item Back

  Send the package to our warehouse address using a tracked courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
