It's been some time since Signatory bottled a Ben Nevis for their Cask Strength Collection and this particular release is especially promising, as Ben Nevis is known to mature exceptionally well in Port Pipes. This expression has been matured for 11 years in a second-fill Port Pipe (cask number 232), yielding just 667 bottles at a natural cask strength of 59.6% ABV.
As is standard with the Cask Strength Collection, this whisky is bottled at natural colour and without chill filtration.
