A 1968 31 year old Bowmore bottled in 1998 by Signatory with an outturn of only 238 bottles. A textbook example of the magnificent fruitiness of 1960s Bowmore, stunning tropical notes with seaweed, coastal freshness, touches of smoked barley and sandalwood with a really elegant streak of peat smoke running throughout. Utterly brilliant whisky.
