A limited-edition 2003 vintage Bunnahabhain. This exceptional expression was bottled in 2017 after 14 years of maturation. It was initially matured in second-fill Sherry casks before being finished in first-fill Pedro Ximénez butts within warehouse no.8.
The influence of the PX casks gives this malt a delightfully rich, syrupy character. On the nose, you should find scents of toffee, dried fruit, and nuts. These prepare the palate for a profile of sweet raisins, walnut, honey, and rich, creamy chocolate.
