A single cask Dalmunach 2015 8-year-old Speyside single malt whisky bottled in 2023 without colouring or chill filtration by independent bottlers A.D. Rattray for their Cask Collection range. Dalmunach is a modern distillery built by Pernod Ricard on the site of the old Imperial distillery in response to the construction of Diageo's massive Roseisle mega-distillery. 

This 8-year-old Dalmunach 2015 came from single cask 4191, a bourbon hogshead that yielded 300 bottles at a monstrous natural cask strength of 65.9%. Dalmunach only began production at the end of 2014, so this is one of the earliest casks filled and is a great opportunity to taste one of Speyside’s most important new distillery’s whisky at a sensible age without any unduly domineering wood influence.
