A single cask Fettercairn 30-year-old Highland single malt whisky bottled by independent bottlers Signatory Vintage in 2026 as part of their prestigious Symington's Choice series. As with all selections in this series, each cask has been personally selected by Signatory head Andrew Symington as one of his personal favourites.
This release represents one of two Fettercairns chosen by Andrew for his Symington's Choice label this time around. For this bottling, Andrew selected a 1995 vintage Hogshead which produced only 157 bottles. The strength has held up remarkably well at 58.3% ABV, and as always, the whisky has been bottled without added colouring or chill filtration.
