Appearance:
Dark amber-red with a lovely fiery element.
Nose:
Stewed pears having been enriched with cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg. Lovely aged Oloroso personality creates a distinctive luxurious feel.
Palate:
Full bodied with excellent refinement. Ripe figs, dates and candied walnuts. Defined sherry presence, coupled with chocolate orange syrup.
