Another example from Glenfarclas of a very specific maturation, this time in Fino casks. The result is an absolutely sublime whisky just swimming in tropic, green and white stone fruit notes. Syrupy, luscious, extravagant, mouth filling and endless on the finish. This is a bit of a sleeper masterpiece of a bottling that has to be tasted to be believed. Absolutely brilliant cask selection by Glenfarclas and a wonderful bottling that deserves a bit more limelight that it's had so far.
