Distillery Bottling 26 2/3 Fl Ozs / 80 Proof
A wonderful old bottling of Glenlivet without an age statement. This bottle came from a cellar in Yorkshire, the records of which indicated it was put into the cellar in 1955 so the bottling hails from early-mid 1950s. It was bottled at 80 proof. Fortunately we've tasted this one, it's a hugely mineral, waxy, sooty, oily and cereal driven old style dram absolutely alive with flavour.
