Fresh out the casks at Gordon & MacPhail is this 1998 Macallan specially selected and bottled for their Speymalt label. As you would expect there's touches of sherry, aromas of demerara sugar, stewed fruits and a hint of beeswax polish. The palate is peppery with plum, raspberry and banana which all develops into a long and creamy finish.
