Macallan Estate, as the name suggests, is the distillery's tribute to Easter Elchies, the 485-acre estate that is Macallan's ancestral home. This limited edition Macallan Estate was created by Macallan whiskymaker Sarah Burgess using a proportion of whisky distilled from barley grown on the Easter Elchies estate itself and was bottled without colouring in 2019 at 43%.
