Gin
70cl / 42%
Pickering's Original 1947 gin is made by Edinburgh's Summerhall Distillery and, as the name suggests, the recipe for Pickering's is faithfully followed from a recipe originally created in Bombay in 1947.
As such, Pickering's 1947 is sweeter and considerably spicier than a typical London Dry style gin. Botanicals including coriander, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves are complemented by strong citrus aromas and flavours, perfect for a seriously flavoursome G&T.
Serving SuggestionsÂ
The Perfect Serve
Ice, tonic and a slice of orange.
For a more warming drink, substitute tonic water for ginger ale.Â
Cocktail
Morning Pickering's
Created by Amy Elizabeth Watson of Gallery 48 in Dundee, this cocktail celebrates marmalade - one of her home city's greatest exports.Â

⢠Rosemary sprig to garnish
