This single cask Port Ellen was an edition of just 226 bottles at its natural cask strength of 54.8%. Douglas Laing bottled an extraordinary number of Port Ellen casks in the early years of the millennium, but only the finest casks were reserved for the Old & Rare Platinum Selection. This one is a classic, with the perfect combination of sweetness, smoke, citrus and sea spray.
