The Lakes distillery's Whiskymaker's Editions are among the most complex English malt whiskies around, with departed former Master Blender Dhavall Gandhi still on board as a consultant and very much involved with each new creation from the distillery. Bottled at a no-nonsense 52%, the Infinity Whiskymaker's Edition may well be the most intricate, multi-layered whisky released from The Lakes distillery so far.
